These terms apply to purchases made through Map of Memory.

Order and payment

Your order is accepted when confirmed through the store. Payment is handled through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.

Personalized orders

Please check all personalization details carefully before checkout. Personalized goods are produced to your specifications.

Delivery

Products are produced on demand and shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please ensure your delivery information is correct.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or do not match the order, contact us at eric@keithen.dk. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
