Frequently Asked Questions

Creating a Map of Memory is simple: choose the place, add the names and date that matter, then choose digital or printed & framed.

What can I personalize?

You can personalize your artwork around your chosen location, names, date and the personal details offered during the product setup.

How long does it take?

Every physical Map of Memory is produced on demand. Production and delivery times vary by product, destination and fulfillment partner. Your available delivery estimate and shipping options are shown at checkout before you pay.

What if my location does not render well?

Your location is the most important part of the artwork. If there is a problem that prevents us from creating the map as intended, contact us before production whenever possible. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Can I change my order after buying?

Because personalized artwork is made specifically for you, contact us as quickly as possible if you spot a spelling, date or location mistake. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I return a personalized Map of Memory?

Personalized products are generally not eligible for cancellation or return simply because you changed your mind once production has started, subject to mandatory consumer rights. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will work with you on a replacement or appropriate refund.

Is Map of Memory a good gift?

Yes. It is designed for meaningful occasions such as anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, new homes and favourite places. If it is a gift for a specific date, order early because production and delivery times vary.

Can I add gift wrapping or a gift note?

Gift wrapping and a dedicated gift-note option are not currently offered as separate checkout add-ons. You can still make the artwork itself personal with the names, date and message fields available for the product.

What are the prices?

The digital Map of Memory starts at 249 kr. The printed and framed version starts at 599 kr, with larger sizes available. The price difference reflects the physical production and finished framed product rather than a digital file alone.
