Map of Memory creates personalized wall art made to order. Each order is produced specifically for you after your purchase.
Processing and delivery
Because our products are made to order, production begins after your order has been placed and your personalization details have been submitted.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product and production location. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout applies to your order.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by production delays, carrier delays, customs procedures or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Free shipping is included on all Map of Memory products unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
You will always see any applicable shipping costs before completing your purchase.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Please make sure that your address and personalization information are correct before placing your order.
Map of Memory is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you, except where the customer has independently arranged the delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at Admin@mapofmemory.com and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged product so we can help resolve the issue.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at Admin@mapofmemory.com.
International orders
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
