Refund & Return Policy

Every personalized Map of Memory artwork is created specifically for the customer. Personalized products are generally not eligible for cancellation or return due to a change of mind once production has started, subject to mandatory consumer law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly at eric@keithen.dk with your order number and photos. We will work with you on a replacement or appropriate refund.

Non-personalized products

Where a product is not personalized, EU/EEA consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, subject to applicable exceptions. Nothing here removes mandatory statutory rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.
